Santino A. Maffei is a Client Associate (Intern), with a focus on helping Legacy Wealth Management provide tailored financial advice to its clients, and comprehensive analytic support to its advisory staff. Santino is in the process of completing an internship through the Department of Defense Skillbridge program and hopes that this experience will better prepare him for a future in the wealth management industry.
Prior to joining Legacy Wealth Management, Santino was a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army with over 20 years of active service and is in the processing of finalizing his retirement from that organization. He holds two Master’s Degrees, and has over 15 years of experience applying varying analytic methodologies to diverse national security, and big data problem sets. Santino applies that analytic experience when helping the practice’s clients reach their financial goals.
Residing in Burke, Virginia with his wife Tryce and their daughter Vivien, Santino is very involved in supporting his local community. He is an active member in his faith community and is a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. When he is not working, he is likely out on the golf course, working the scorer’s table for his daughter’s basketball team, or taking his cocker spaniel out for a walk.
